However, Ms Michella who is a teacher and enjoys teaching has it going smoothly for her but worries that she has not been able to connect individually with all the kids in my class.  This cycle goes on and on, then comes the pandemic…

The world at large experienced a major shift and change thanks to the pandemic. As such, the way of working, learning, and communication changed over time. And as such, people have devised different ways to be productive from the comfort of their homes.

This change also affected the educational sector. Schools have slowly transitioned/transitioning online. One major tool to be used to achieve this is Google classroom.

Google Classroom, also referred to as Google Cloud Platform for Education is a suite of online tools that allows teachers to set assignments, have work submitted by students, mark, and return graded papers. Google Classroom enables teachers to create all documents their students need and are stored on Google drive.

Improving the learning process of a student has to do with both the teacher and the student.

INTEGRATION

The platform integrates with Google’s other tools like Docs, Google Drive, Forms, Meet, and Calendar, so there are many built-in “shortcuts” for classroom-management tasks. For example, if you post an assignment with a due date, it’s automatically added to your student’s class calendar for them to see. Assignments are also posted and modified (if need be).
